Well that was like listening to two people speaking in two different languages but with patience a central ground of understanding seemed to emerge, although to be fair even achieving that seemed like a lot of work. A lot of perhaps disparate ideas did emerge which were interesting.

this conversation is a great example of trust, openness, and love. amoda, when moments are “messy” as you say, do you feel at all triggered? although that feels too strong a word Because I don’t think it’s that intense but I’m just curious when there are sticky and messy moments in the conversation is there a sensation change in the body for you? i felt lots of love from you both .

Everything in my experience is drenched in the open space of awareness. I did not experience any triggers or physical sensations, just an allowing of what is to unfold. 🙏❤️

thank you so much for sharing that with me! I had a feeling as such :-) I have been seeing that be the case for me more and more as I sort of continue to sit with any uncomfortable feeling and let it sort of wash over me. It has become my main practice if you will. I am feeling more and more and more that sense of both and so thank you for this conversation. I sent sensed your open Ness immensely.

i just wanted to add, I will never forget when you said to me once perhaps this will be very gradual for you Kate. It resonated so deeply with me when you said that. I feel like it has been incredibly gradual and gentle for me. (not always easy tho) tell Kavi he has another fan of the gradual process for lack of a better word. and at the same time it is as tho there’s no process at all! Much love.
