You don’t have to try to be unconditionally open — you already ARE that. It’s just that this unconditional openness — your true nature — is obscured by the myriad conditions we place on reality. Our experience of reality is filtered by our demands, our judgments, our resistance to what is. This filtering process takes a kind of mental and emotional effort, it saps our vital life energy, and we call this suffering.

Could you define reality? Give an example???
I am feeling you mean reality of the Matrix, not reality of Openness.
