Reality is simply our direct experience, our felt-sense in the now. But mostly we obscure that reality with our beliefs about it, our judgments and opinions and fears and hopes. It is these beliefs that are the matrix. Reality - the direct felt-sense of what is - is free of the matrix. 🙏
My dear Emirhan, inquiry is the direct way to realization. It seems contradictory, but it's not actually a mental activity (although it is often hijacked by the conceptual mind). Inquiry is simply an invitation to look within, to go to the innermost and discover what is true beyond and beneath the mind's narratives, what is more true than conditioned responses, and more true than ideas or concepts. "What is true in my deepest?" is a very valuable pointer. It's more a felt-sense, an inner knowing, rather than an intellectual knowing. Inquiry has many layers of discovery and possibility. Namaste 🙏
Christine - this is truly wonderful to hear! You have done so much inner inquiry, stuck with us through all the challenges, and now the fruit is ripening ... your understanding is deepening 🙏❤️
Amoda,
Upon rereading the article "Effortless Openness" you use the word "reality". That openness is obsured by the myriad conditions we place on reality.
Could you define reality? Give an example???
I am feeling you mean reality of the Matrix, not reality of Openness.
Input would help me untangle what my mind is interrupting.
Thank you.

Continued....
Struggle with & fight for openness.
I let go of this resistance I have in thinking I have to effort to be open. It is already here.
What a relief.!!

Nice to hear.
Thank you.

Reading your words that I am “already open” brings a deep breath of relaxation & joy in my body.
Unconsciously, I was thinking I have to work for
