About These Writings:
These writings come from the direct experience of awakened awareness—an invitation to meet life without resistance, without story, without the endless grasping of the mind. They speak to the reality that what you are searching for is already here.
There is no promise of transcendence, only a radical call to be fully here.
To meet the human experience—pain, joy, fear, longing, love—without avoidance or embellishment.
To allow the fire of life to burn away illusion.
To awaken not outside of life, but at its very core.

Most Tuesday posts are deeper pieces. Some Fridays offer a quote, a video, or a brief moment of reflection. All of it points to the same stillness beneath the noise of mind.
More About Amoda:
Amoda Maa is a contemporary spiritual teacher and author, offering a profound invitation to all who wish to embody awakened consciousness in the midst of everyday life.
In 2002, she experienced a profound awakening that liberated the self from ego and unfolded into inner silence. She has been teaching since 2012, beginning in small groups and now sharing her message with a growing global community.
Her teachings are free of ideology and unaffiliated with any lineage, yet they express the same nondual understanding at the heart of many spiritual traditions. She also brings a deep understanding of the human journey, born from her own immersion in the furnace of personal transformation, offering clarity and compassion to sincere seekers.
Amoda is the spiritual director of the Amoda Maa Foundation, a nonprofit established in 2022 to make her teachings available to all.
She lives in the USA with her husband, Kavi, associate teacher and co-director of the foundation.
She offers retreats and meetings throughout the year in service of awakened living. For more information, visit:
