This meditation really jolted my perception, especially since recently I’ve been feeling separated from everything 🎭

Thank you Amoda. So beautiful explained that this imaginary ego may fall apart eventually!

This was excellent, I purchased the audio book and look forward to meditatively listening to it, it's like water being poured into water. Thank you

Beautifully expressed. Much better to read than to listen to… read too fast and robotic

Thank you for this. For a second , reading one paragraph I thought I was going to realize it. It’s backwards, consciousness is aware of me, not I of consciousness. But it was a fleeting chimera. Someday. .

It is really beautifully written, Amoda! A known spiritual master once said, everything is consciousness. But I think he referred to Source/Creator/God. Another known spiritual master once said, there is awareness and not. I think he was referring to us, because we can be and not be aware.

If you have experienced 'bliss', you know how it is to be connected with everything around and in you. But many of us are not connected this way, yet. In this case, I would limit consciousness by the level of awareness.

I make a similar distinction between, our inner being (the mental reality, what you 'are), and our external expression (the social reality', what you 'are not' but often identify with and is 'educated'). When not in sync (e.g. due to lack of awareness), you are in dissonance. When in sync, you are in resonance. The latter, many are seeking, in order to become who the are.

Keep going with your line of thinking! In the end, it/we is/are all connecting.
